An option deed secures the right to buy/sell property at a future date and with certain mutually agreed terms and conditions. It is an excellent way to provide flexibility in property transactions.

Absolutely. You can retain up to four of the eight shares, effectively selling half of your home.  We will take over the management and maintenance of the home and administer the access amongst all owners/shareholders (available through our app). 
Many of our sellers have taken this option to enable them to keep those precious memories alive, while freeing them of the financial and practical burdens of owning a holiday home.

An added bonus for you is that all costs for staging and changes made to your property and sales campaigns through the option period will be done at our expense and are separate to the sale agreed price of the option.

Nothing. You keep your house and the deposit we paid you and you are free to sell it the traditional way with a traditional agent.  However, if we are able to sell half of the available shares, we will pay you the agreed price in full and complete the sale.

That’s fine. So long as we are notified in reasonable time to accommodate for share sale inspections.
